If an error occurs while sending a campaign, or you'd like to send an almost identical campaign to the same recipients, you can always resend any of your previous campaigns.

Currently, campaigns can only be resent via Campaign Monitor's admin panel.

  1. To access Campaign Monitor's admin panel, go to the Account > Apps > Email Marketing page, and click Login to Campaign Monitor.
  2. On the Campaigns tab, look for the desired previous campaign.
  3. In the campaign's row, click the button, which becomes visible when you hold the pointer over the row.

    The campaign has been copied as a new draft, and you're redirected to the Saved drafts page.

  4. To open the draft, click its name on the list on the Saved drafts page.
  5. If necessary, edit the campaign details before sending.
  6. After making the desired changes, send out the campaign.

    The newly sent campaign will become visible in MyCashflow's admin panel as a new campaign as soon as you've synchronized the campaigns.
