The standard VAT in Finland will change 1st September 2024. In MyCashflow, this has been anticipated with an automatic update of VAT rates in all online stores, targeting products with a 24% tax rate. This article provides information about the update and possible further actions related to it.
We are aware that recent service disruptions and lack of information about them have raised concerns about the reliability of our service. If the online store’s email address in the store settings uses Gmail or any other publicly available email service, all automatic emails (such as order confirmations) will be sent from MyCashflow's own noreply address. The change came into force at the end of January 2024.
Posti SmartShip service is no longer available since the end of March 2024, and the delivery methods that used to rely on it have stopped working. Integration with Posti's new OmaPosti Pro service, which replaces SmartShip, is available in MyCashflow.
