By using the Tax Basis extension, you can define a tax rate of 0% as being applicable to sales which take place outside the EU.
With the Tax Basis extension enabled, no taxes are deducted from the product's selling price as defined in the product form if the customer is from a non-EU state.
Extensions are not available in MyCashflow Free plan.

To enable the extension, in the settings select the checkbox Don't deduct taxes from selling price. In this way, the prices in your online store will automatically use the 0% tax rate if the customer is from a non-EU country.
