MyCashflow contains ready-made default shipping conditions, which you can modify to compose your own store's shipping conditions with less effort.

You can find the default shipping conditions in the Terms and Conditions field on the admin panel's Settings > General settings page. This article contains the same text supplemented with informative comments and tips.

If you copy the default shipping conditions to your online store from this page, make sure that you remove the comments added to the text.

The text includes Interface tags, with which store details and dictionary entries are printed in the text.

Don't remove or modify the tags unless you want to remove the contents that they print from the text altogether.

The store sells products to individuals of legal age. The VAT is included in the product prices. We reserve the right to change the prices and shipping costs.

Ordering

Products are purchased by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the shopping cart's contents with an online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. Unless otherwise stated, the contact information entered by the customer during order placement will only be used for delivering the order or clarifying any ambiguities that may occur. By placing an order in the store, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the shipping conditions valid at the moment of placing the order.

Paying and payment methods

Klarna Checkout acts as the store's payment service with the following payment options: invoice, installment plan, card and online bank payments.

By providing your personal details at checkout, you accept Klarna AB's (556737-0431, Norra stationsgatan 61, 113 43 Stockholm) terms and conditions. By clicking Place Order, you accept the shipping conditions of the {ShopName} online store.

Here you can add information about other payment methods available in your store.

If the online payment buttons of other payment services are enabled in your online store, replace this text with the text provided by the payment service's provider or other text that describes the service. You should receive the required text from the service provider.

If your online store doesn't use Klarna as a payment method, remove all mentions about Klarna.

Order and payment confirmation

Immediately after receiving your order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email with information about the order. Make sure that you check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact the customer service. When contacting the customer service, always have your potential customer number and order number at hand. Always make sure that the parcel contents match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs contain both postage and packaging costs. The shipping costs displayed in the shopping cart are an estimate based on the primary shipping method. To see the exact shipping costs, select the desired shipping and payment method for your order. The available shipping methods depend on the shopping cart's contents and total weight. You are welcome to select at checkout the shipping method that suits your needs best. The exact shipping costs are displayed for all available shipping methods.

Here you may want to provide, for instance, further details on the shipping methods available in your online store and indicate their rudimentary costs.

The amount of information available about shipping methods and their costs has a direct influence on the customers' decision to place an order. So, make sure that you provide enough information in the right place.

Delivery period

Modify the estimated delivery time so that it is valid for your online store and, if applicable, indicate time estimates for international deliveries for the most popular shipping methods.

The most common delivery times in Finland are 2-7 days depending on the order and shipping method. The exceptions to these times may occur if the shopping cart contains out-of-stock products. You will be also informed about potential delays immediately after placing the order.

We do not take responsibility for delays that occurred on grounds of force majeure, or indirect losses caused by the delay. The online store will inform on its website about exceptions to the regular delivery times.

Return policy

The return policy is retrieved from the online store's dictionary as it is also displayed in order messages.

The texts can be accessed and modified in the admin panel, on the Contents > Dictionary page, by using the codes listed below.

Do not modify the dictionary codes below because otherwise retrieving dictionary entries won't work. Modify all the texts directly in the dictionary.

Unclaimed packages

Not claiming a package is not tantamount to canceling or returning an order. Packages that haven't been claimed and for which no notice of cancelation has been provided are still subject to shipping costs.

In the event of a problem

If a product has been lost or damaged in transportation, or does not match your order, notify us within 14 days by writing to the address indicated in the Right of cancellation and return policy section or by calling the number indicated in the contact information. If the package has been clearly damaged during transportation, file a complaint immediately to the logistics company whose shipping method you selected.
