You can cancel payment terminal payments that you've created before the customer has actually made the payment:

  • In your online store's admin panel, you can cancel the order by clicking Cancel payment transaction in the checkout payment form.
  • On the payment terminal, you can cancel the payment by pressing the cancel button

Canceled and failed payment transactions are displayed as Cancelled in the Payment transactions menu on the order page.
