You can cancel payment terminal payments that you've created before the customer has actually made the payment:

  • In the admin panel's POS view, you can cancel an order by pressing the trash can button.
  • On the payment terminal itself, you can cancel the payment by pressing the cancel button.

Canceled and failed payments are visible in the order page's Payment transactionssection in Cancelled status.
