The extension has been removed

You can track your online store's search data via the Google Analytics extension instead.

Using analytics tools

You can check search term usage on a version-specific basis as well as define the time span that interests you.

In search statistics, you can select only these store versions whose search has already been used.

In search statistics, you can select a report on the desired search term from the column on the left. The diagram at the top of the page presents the number of events (e.g. searches with no results) according to the selected report and time span.

Below the diagram you'll find a detailed breakdown of the selected report. For example, for the Total searches report, you'll see in the table the most popular search terms sorted according to their popularity, the number of searches performed with this search term as well as their results.

For the Search term clicks report, you'll see a list of your online store's products sorted according to the number of times they've been clicked on the search result page. The list also presents the search terms that lead to the page and the number of clicks. This report is an excellent source of information about the products that your customers search for and find via the search.

If you need more information regarding your website's ranking in public search engines, you may want to enable one of our search analytics extensions (e.g. Google Analytics or Snoobi Analytics).
