You can delete your online store at any time via the admin panel. For data security reasons, we do not accept cancellations via email or phone.

Deleting the online store cannot be canceled. In the process, you'll lose all of your online store's data and contents. If you plan to delete your online store only temporarily, make a backup copy of the necessary data before deleting the store.

In MyCashflow, there is no term of notice, and the store will be deleted immediately.

Only the online store's account owner can delete the store.

To delete the online store:

  1. In the admin panel's top menu, go to the Account page.
  2. Click the Cancel Account link in the Current Plan section. The confirmation page for deleting the store opens.
  3. If you're closing the account due to missing features or issues connected to using the store, contact us – we'll do our best to help you.
  4. If you are absolutely sure that you'd like to delete your online store, enter the account owner's password and click Cancel account and delete the store.
