Prints the download link for the order PDF return form.
Description
The link comes readily wrapped in the <a> tags. The link text is fetched from the online store's dictionary entry with the ID code 'DownloadReturnDocument'.
The content printed by the tag belongs to the list of download links printed by the {OrderDocuments} tag.
You can also print only the URL address of the return form by using the {OrderReturnDocumentURL} tag.

If the tag does not produce any content, neither the content of the
afterandbeforeattributes will be output.escape:Adds an escape character before quotation marks in the output.
The attribute makes it easier to process the tag-produced content when using JavaScript.
