Prints a download link for the order PDF invoice.
Description
If the MyCashflow Invoice service hasn't been enabled for the order, the tag won't print anything.
The link comes readily wrapped in the <a> tags. The text for the download link is fetched from the dictionary entry of an online store with the ID code 'DownloadInvoice'.
The content printed by the tag belongs to the list of download links printed by the {OrderDocuments} tag.
You can also print only the URL of the invoice by using the {OrderInvoiceURL} tag.

If the tag does not produce any content, neither the content of the
afterandbeforeattributes will be output.escape:Adds an escape character before quotation marks in the output.
The attribute makes it easier to process the tag-produced content when using JavaScript.
Allowed values:true/false. The default value is false.
