Prints a download link for the order PDF dispatch note.
Description
The link comes readily wrapped in the <a> tags. The text for the download link is fetched from the dictionary entry of an online store with the ID code 'DownloadDispatchNote'.
You can also print only the URL address of the dispatch note by using the {OrderDispatchNoteURL} tag.

If the tag does not produce any content, neither the content of the
afterandbeforeattributes will be output.escape:Adds an escape character before quotation marks in the output.
The attribute makes it easier to process the tag-produced content when using JavaScript.
