By using CSV export, you can download your online store's data (e.g. products, orders and customers) in CSV format to your computer. In this way, you can regularly back up your store's data.

To access the CSV export tools, go to the admin panel page Reports > CSV Export.

  1. Select the desired data type. Click Preview.

    The window for selecting export data opens.

  2. In the selection window, select the desired data, and click Preview once again.

    In the preview, you can see the data you selected earlier.

    With certain reports, you can also define the time span that interests you.

  3. Finally, click Download.

    The selected data will be saved in a CSV file, and the file will be downloaded to your computer.
