Prints a form in which the visitor can indicate an email address to which shopping cart recovery messages should be sent.
Description
The form contains only the field for the email address and the send button. The form is automatically supplemented with a mention about processing the collected data and a link to the /privacy address.

If the tag does not produce any content, neither the content of the
afterandbeforeattributes will be output.escape:Adds an escape character before quotation marks in the output.
The attribute makes it easier to process the tag-produced content when using JavaScript.
Allowed values:true/false. The default value is false.
