There are several reasons why your online store's shipping methods may be hidden. Check all the points in this article to find out why the shipping methods are not available.
1) The store version is not selected in the settings of the shipping method.
Also check the availability of other shipping methods in store versions.
2) The package sizes of the products chosen by the customer do not match the shipping methods.
When a customer is placing an order, only those shipping methods that are suitable for shipping all the products included in the order will be available at the checkout. For example, if an order contains a product that should be delivered in a Large Parcel, but there's no shipping method for which this package size has been enabled, the checkout won't display any shipping methods.
Go through all the remaining shipping methods and products in the same way.
3) The shipping country selected by the customer is disallowed in the shipping method's settings
Go through all shipping methods to ensure that they have the appropriate countries allowed.
4) The customer's postal code is outside the specified postal code area
By using postal code restriction, you can limit the use of a shipping method to selected areas.
- Finland and the Åland Islands
- Belgium
- United States
You can use entire postal codes (e.g. 00100 = delivery only to the Helsinki city center) or postal code range (e.g. 00* = delivery to anywhere in Helsinki).
If a shipping method is subject to a postal code restriction and the customer's address is out of its bounds, the shipping method won't be displayed at checkout at all.
5) The total weight of the order does not fit within the weight limits of the shipping method.
A shipping method is only available at the online store's checkout if the maximum weight limit set for it is not exceeded by the total weight of the order. In addition, a shipping method may have a minimum weight limit that the total weight of the order must not fall below.
Check the weight limits of other shipping methods too.
