In MyCashflow, you can set customized product prices for selected customer groups or even individual customers by using discount campaigns.

In campaign settings, you can also set up free shipping for selected customers.

Setting customized prices for a specific customer group

  1. First, create a customer group for which you'd like to set different prices.
  2. Add all relevant customer accounts to the customer group.
  3. Create a new discount campaign, and make the campaign available only to the newly created customer group.
  4. Select the type of campaign benefits:
    • If you'd like to define prices specific for the selected customer group, select Product discounts as the type of discount.

      Add relevant products to the campaign.

    • If, on the other hand, you want to set free delivery for a group of customers, select the Free shipping option in the campaign settings.

Now when customers from the selected customer group log in to your online store, they will be able to benefit from the campaign discount.

You can also add other conditions to the campaign (e.g. campaign period), all of which must be met for the customers to qualify for campaign discounts.
