A chat service enables you to provide instant, easy-to-use support for your customers, thus enhancing the customer experience. Here you can learn how to install a chat service in your online store.

Multiple chat services can be installed in an online store by adding a JavaScript code provided by the service to the store theme.

For instance, Zendesk Chat provides a <script> tag during the enablement process that needs to be added to the store theme at a specific location.

In the MyCashflow default theme, you can add the chat's <script> tag at the end of the helpers/scripts.html file.

In some cases, it might also be possible to use MyCashflow's Custom Conversion Tag extension that enables you to add HTML code to the store without making changes to the store theme.
