If you want to make sure that emails sent from your online store are delivered to recipients, you must define your domain's DNS records in a certain way.

This page is outdated.

MyCashflow's nameserver policies and sending of automated emails have changed in early February 2024 .

Read more about the changes to email delivery.

If you haven't defined your domain server settings before, or you don't have access to your domain's management, contact the body that manages your domain.

We don't recommend using an email address maintained by another provider (such as Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail) as your store's address.

If the email service doesn't use its own domain, sending automatic email messages from the store might not be possible at all.

If you need a reliable email address, you can order email services and your own domain via MyCashflow.

If your domain is maintained by MyCashflow, we will define the DNS records your behalf.

If your domain isn't maintained by MyCashflow, add the following TXT records to your name services:

  • DKIM:
    • Host:
      20130612074221.pm._domainkey.YOURDOMAIN.fi
    • TXT Value:
      k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCL1OjmHUO0+z5xMw9a/U8KYLJq1JIsLR19omLJNxYzQSuZ9GJo/MiIVbJjr7fHoVxBdb5sz9Rjpx+ExQdYBMxgRrppZHaMcja2WjsbxUL73VdI3bqV6DaxssJel9gv1UXH2uKmkC9fpNQagKq40ORL0NPqccMEX1Dfj0vED1kVuwIDAQAB
  • SPF/SenderID:
    • Host:
      YOURDOMAIN.fi
    • TXT Value:
      v=spf1 a mx include:spf.mtasv.net ~all

The settings above authorize MyCashflow's servers to send emails on behalf of your online store's domain, thus improving the chances of emails being delivered to their recipients.

DKIM and SPF are email validation methods that ensure that the outgoing mail server has permissions to send messages under a specific domain name.
