You can enable the reCAPTCHA service that protects your online store forms and checkout from spam and abuse by activating the Email Marketing extension or by contacting our customer service.

You can enable reCAPTCHA by activating the Email Marketing extension or by contacting our customer service.

The reCAPTCHA service verifies that the user is an actual human and not a spam program. With reCAPTCHA enabled, an automatic reCAPTCHA check is added to online store forms and checkout. The check does not require any action from the user unless the service has a specific reason to suspect that it is a robot.
The reCAPTCHA check is available for the following online store forms:
  • the contact form
  • the availability notification form
  • the registration form
  • the newsletter subscription form
  • the password reset form

reCAPTCHA is added automatically to the registration and password reset form, regardless of whether the Email Marketing extension is enabled.
