There are several reasons why a product may not be visible in search results. This article discusses the most common issues that affect products' visibility in search results.
1) The product was added within last 24 hours
If you use the free MyCashflow plan, the online store's search engine will index new products with a delay. Indexing is done once every 24 hours.
Thus, products appear in search results no later than one day after they have been added or set as visible.
2) At least 24 hours have passed since the product was added
Indexing errors may occur. If you notice that a product doesn't show in search engine results even though you added it or set it as visible in your store a long time ago, report it to our customer service.
Check the search terms that you use when searching for the product. The new search engine follows more closely the operational principles of general search engines. This means that there are many factors that involve how products are found. Make sure that the search terms that you use appear often enough in important places in the text (such as heading, headings in product description, paragraph beginnings).
If your online store contains many products that should be found by a certain search term, some of them may be lost in search results as there might be too many competing products.
