You can maintain a WordPress blog or a similar site in connection with your online store by creating a link between the external blog and your MyCashflow online store. However, the blog cannot be installed on your store's server.

MyCashflow is a fully managed service, which means that all MyCashflow online stores are hosted on our company's servers. Installing other applications on the store's server isn't possible, which means that you cannot simply embed a blog in your online store. However, you can get around this limitation by creating a link between the external blog and your MyCashflow store.

For linking, you'll need a blog created with a service of your choice. If you want to use a CMS like WordPress, you will also need a separate server space where the software is installed.

Once the blog is up and running, create navigation a link to the blog in MyCashflow:

  1. Create a new content page on the Contents > Pages page of your online store's admin panel.
  2. Enter the blog's URL address in the page's settings' Link URL address.

Do not enter any contents for the page as it will never be displayed to visitors. This page only serves as a link in the menu of your online store.

  3. Save the page.

Now on the list your online store's content pages there is a link that takes visitors directly to the blog address you entered. You should also create a link back from the blog your online store to give the customer the impression of a single website, even if they switch from one system to another between the blog and the store.

You can also maintain a small-scale blog directly in your online store by using MyCashflow news.
